This Privacy Policy and Disclaimer applies to the iOS/iPadOS applications developed and published by Mohammed Abul Azad (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Apps Covered by This Policy

This document applies to the following applications ("the Apps"):

  • Hyperliquid Dashboard
  • AAVE v3 Dashboard
  • Lido Dashboard
  • PancakeSwap Dashboard

2. No Data Collection (Privacy)

The Apps are designed as tracking and dashboard tools for decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols. We respect your privacy and do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

  • No Personal Data: We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number within the Apps.
  • No Wallet Keys: The Apps DO NOT request, collect, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or mnemonic phrases. Never share your private keys with anyone.
  • On-Device Processing: All public wallet addresses entered into the Apps are stored locally on your device (using iOS native secure storage) to provide dashboard functionality. We do not sync this data to any external servers owned by the Developer.
  • Analytics: We only have access to standard, anonymized crash reports and app usage metrics provided by default through Apple's App Store Connect, assuming you have opted-in to share analytics with developers via your iOS device settings.

3. Third-Party APIs and Blockchain Data

To display portfolio balances and protocol statistics, the Apps communicate directly with public blockchain RPC nodes and third-party public APIs (e.g., AAVE, Lido, PancakeSwap, Hyperliquid APIs, and public block explorers).

Your IP address and the public wallet addresses you track may be exposed to these third-party nodes and APIs when fetching data. The Developer does not control these third-party services, and they operate under their own privacy policies.

4. Disclaimer: No Financial Advice

The information provided by the Apps is for informational and educational purposes only. It should not be considered legal or financial advice.

The Developer is not a financial advisor. You should consult with a financial advisor or conduct your own research (DYOR) to determine which financial decisions are appropriate for you. Cryptocurrency and decentralized finance involve a high degree of risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment.

5. Limitation of Liability (Risk Mitigation)

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Apps;
  • Any inaccurate, delayed, or erroneous data displayed by the Apps;
  • Any bugs, glitches, or downtime of third-party APIs or blockchain networks.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
